The film also features two of his children, Kristopher Van Varenberg and Bianca Bree. The first film edit under the previously titled The Eagle Path was screened at the 2010 Cannes Film Festival. Recently promoted at Cannes 2018 with theater release in 2019. |

I didn't know there was no script either. I don't know if the lack of a script was the problem though. The problem was the reception by the audience. JCVD screened the movie in Cannes in 2010 and in China in 2014. We know nothing about how the 2014 version was received in China, but the 2010 version (which was a Romantic Drama) didn't get a good reception, because people didn't understand the vision of JCVD. That's why he decided to make the movie more appealing by adding more action scenes.
In 2014 he was trying to get a distribution deal in China, but I guess that didn't happen.

JCVD "Don't forget that Full Love soon will be ready for you. We will have a new cut, longer. It's going to be a very unusual movie. I've done that movie years ago. I kept it as a treasure. I don't know if you are going to like it, I think so.. and then it will be followed by some great action films. I will make in my life maybe like another 4 or 5 movies and that's it."

But when he talks about 4 or 5 movies in his life ... he talks about realized no? because for me he is still 20 years old in his acting career ... I think he means he can still do 4 or 5 great action films agewise. |
