What happen to Headlock (The Tower)? I don’t hear news about this in long time. It probably won't happen but not by JC's will, he has wanted to do a project like this for 20 years but it seems that no producer is interested in financing it, so everything remains on paper. |

Guys, Good news from Claude Goetz!
Voilà, promesse tenue, les amis, fans,pratiquants le dernier film d’arts martiaux « What is my name ».. « Quel est mon nom » est signé.
Tournage mai 2022.
D’ici là, Jcvd est exclusivement en préparation sous mon contrôle.
Immense préparation, gros budget, super diffusion…31/10/2021.
There you have it, my promise kept, friends, fans, practitioners the latest martial arts movie "What is my name" .. "What is my name" is signed.
Shooting May 2022.
Until then, Jcvd is exclusively under my control.

What to say, I'm pretty excited because he says he's "signed" so JC can't change his mind and we also have a new title and the promise of a good budget, I'm confident again to follow JC's career, there will be a little bit of waiting (until May 2022) but at least the project is worth the wait.

If Headlock (The Tower) shot in May 2022. How come no IMDb site yet. Maybe it will have it own IMDb site in March of next year. I can’t wait till March of next year because alot of movie will have it own IMDb site by then.

In the comments to the post Claude wrote that he met the producer and that it is up to him to make the official announcement. Claude has informed us that JC is officially attached to the project and that he has to prepare JC physically, the rest will arrive in the next few months, Claude has not answered on who is going to distribute this film because he probably does not know. |

The silence on this project is perhaps good news, they are seeing if there are all the conditions to make the film. I am a bit worried about the new wave of covid in Europe, it could lead to a new postponement for this production.

Jeremy Zag is supposed to be the producer of this film, so it's a French film. I was expecting someone like Moshe Diamant but it looks like American producers aren't involved and it's kind of weird. Not sure what kind of budget they will get to work on. At this point I think some of the fighters will come straight from Claude Goetz's dojo.
