Maybe Van Damme will make a video for Headlock. Give us a update on when he will be filming. Then in few weeks he will have a IMDb site for Headlock. I think I gotta wait like 7 weeks from now untill there news on Headlock.

I doubt JC will star in a new movie right after "The Last Mercenary", we would have already read at least something about it and instead just a few Facebook posts from Claude Goetz. I hope I'm wrong but realistically it will start shooting in 2021.

I think Headlock will film 7 weeks after The Last Mercenary. I hope in few weeks Van Damme IMDb site is update with Headlock. Yea so maybe Headlock will be film 2021. Just gotta wait few weeks from now for news on Headlock.

No news but I think it is realistic to say that it will not start filming before 2021 and there is a good chance it can be replaced by another project because it is a passion project for JCVD and it needs a good production with a medium budget and solid casting and in these pandemic times even big actors linked to major studios are struggling to get. |

I think Van Damme team is looking for actor and actress for Headlock. Like big movie star to do it for little money. Alot of them don't want to do it. Some that want to do it are really old. I think we just gotta wait few weeks for news on Headlock. I don't think Van Damme will do it this year. You never know he maybe do it in few weeks from now. Just not telling anyone about it yet.

The training is being delayed because of Covid-19.

I don't think it's legal to shoot two real fights in a movie, I mean real contact is allowed and most martial arts movies have real fight scenes to some extent but the fight has to be staged anyway, it has to be prepared and shared by the two actors involved, otherwise if one of them gets seriously hurt you can also end up in prison, Something like this happened on the set of "Cyborg" when a stuntman got injured in his eye, later claiming that they hadn't prepared that scene. |
