It's probably not happening. It's best to wait with buying tickets until JCVD has confirmed on his Official Website or Facebook/Twitter that he will be there (or anywhere else).

Just got an email back from the event organisers the ticket site is on hold until Wednesday while ammendments to the marketing and ticket options are made.

It is with deep sadness that ourselves as a company are having to announce that the evening with Jean Claude Van Damme in Hull, is no longer going ahead. We cannot speak on behalf of the other events or organisations involved in the tour but only regarding our event. We are making this announcement, knowing at this moment, we cannot legally divulge much information. What we can say, is we have made every effort to stop any further disappointment to our customers or risk any more financial burden on our clients, customers and personally on the directors of the company.

We are, as many people know, a family run business and we have prided ourselves with providing excellent evenings and events for our customers so far. We are not affiliated with any other company and work only with the companies when we “buy into” the tours. We have taken steps to ensure all our customers will receive a refund of their ticket money as soon as possible. There are hundreds of refunds to work through and we want to contact each customer directly as soon as we can. We have been told money which has already been paid in as the deposit, is lost due to the situation that has occurred. We have taken steps to personally replace this.

Ultimately we can say Jean Claude Van Damme will be saddened, along with ourselves, at the reasons resulting in this decision. We have done our best to look after your interests and we hope this is understood by your patience at this time.

We will continue to provide the service you expect of us and bring you high-quality evenings in the near future. We are sorry that JCVD fans will be disappointed, we genuinely are too. We are also sorry to; the acts, venue, equipment hire companies and staff for the cancelling of their services. Money paid into these is also being negotiated. As a company we hope to take steps to recover some of our losses, but will not be asking any customers to wait for that to happen before we refund their ticket money. We believe to do so would be timely to customers and unfair. Due to the nature of this matter we are unable to answer any questions whilst we do further investigations into this. Finally a thank you to all who have already messaged us with their support so far, it is much appreciated. Many thanks for your cooperation at this difficult time.
