Do you believe 2017 is the year of the final release ? The film is linked on JCVD world official website in the movies gallery with the 2017 date. We don't know but for me the film had legal problems during the release process, I don't think JC waited so long for ego like someone think. TEP had some screenings in 2016 so probably the problems are solved and a company can buy it now, fingers crossed.

I always thought the trailer looks good, the action is so well shoot, the story seems a bit generic but acceptable and the military scenes added after looked great too.

Yeah, overall this is very much looked movie for me. The war scenes alone look great.
And JCVD looks like he gave his 100% on acting, directing, producing and writing duties.

I think JCVD does intent to release the movie but somehow the meetings he had don't seem to be fruitful. Back in 2014 he was talking to a Chinese company to release it, but since nothing happened yet I guess that didn't work out.

Maybe JC tried to sell it to a theatrical distributor and didn't work. To me JC should sell the project to RLJ Entertainment (the company who released "Kickboxer Vengeance") They sell rights worldwide without ask too much and they guarantee some cinema screenings in USA plus a decent vod/disc release. it's difficult to get more than a little limited theatrical release, it's passed to much time and big companies would already bought the film if they wanted.
I'm sure the fans will like this film, that's the most important thing.

didoAnd I won't surprised and even expect that it may end up as an Amazon Exclusive movie. Because it is said it will be released after the release of the JCVJ and it makes sense that Van Damme may have made some deal with Amazon to distribute it.

Last time JCVD mentioned the movie (in November 2016) he said it will be released after JCVJ. Peter Atencio, the writer of JCVJ said JCVJ will be released late 2017.
Q4: When will 'Full Love' be released?
JC: I will be releasing the movie soon after 'JCVJ' is released.
