I'm surprised the videos haven't been taken down yet. The eye thing is creepy, it looks good lot's of action, not sure why there is a sex scene in the trailer, and love the Dolph comment. Doesn't give away much from the story line it seems. What do you guys think about it? Does it meet your expectations?

Great trailer! It's a bit too fast and the video quality is not excellent but it seems we have shootouts, fight scenes, light and dark scenes, JC and Dolph sharing screen time. Seems a good formula for something really good.

Too dark with a bad video quality but yeah , we've got some cool scenes and a great dop work , but I don't know , I'm not so hype judging by these footages...
I don't know what , but Grideloked also had something who's missing...
Ok , it's just a teaser for distributors I think , and the real trailer will rock but IMO but for now it's just an OK teaser.

Totally in love with Courtney B Turk Great distribution trailer indeed. JCVD and Dolph will be one hell of a team-up, that I have been waiting for so long!

Totally in love with Courtney B Turk You can't say that, you will make Neve Campbell jealous. JCVD and Dolph will be one hell of a team-up, that I have been waiting for so long! The end of the trailer puts a smile on my face.

Van Damme! Lundgren! It's The BLACK WATER Trailer! By Todd Brown FOUNDER AND EDITOR; TORONTO, CANADA (@anarchisttodd) The hook here is simple, kids: Black Water is Jean Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren teaming up on a submarine and right there you already know whether you want to see this film. And, really, if you're one of those who - like me - cut your teeth on the action films of the late eighties this is pretty much a must.

Jean-Claude Van Damme in ‘Black Water’ – Preview and First ImpressionsPosted on May 7, 2017 at 2:30 pm by Asen Time is like the birds.
It flies.
It’s so good to see your favorite action heroes from the 90’s still alive and kicking like in the good old days.
It was like yesterday when the young JCVD made his spectacular breakthrough in ‘Bloodsport’ back in 1988.
Can you imagine that the so-called Muscles from Brussels turns 57 this year?
Be sure to remember this when watching Jean-Claude Van Damme in ‘Black Water’ – the highly anticipated action-thriller in which he teams up with his longtime friend and fellow action star Dolph Lundgren.
‘Black Water’, which is expected to air in 2018, marks their first appearance on screen as allies.[..] Thoughts and Impressions About Jean-Claude Van Damme in ‘Black Water’
One has to admit that the trailer looks cool.
It is fast-paced and we see some really intense action scenes.
I’d say that ‘Black Water’ looks better than most of the recent Van Damme movies and it can be a worthy watching experience.
You might agree that the movies set in isolated venues like in this case a nuclear submarine deep underwater always create a sweet claustrophobic feeling.
That can only enhance the cinematic experience.
There are also some funny one-liners as well as some jokes exchanged between Jean-Claude and his long-time colleague and friend Dolph Lundgren.
It’s always great to see not just one but two of your favorite action heroes on-screen kicking ass, still having love for the guns, the fights the fire, and the whole action thing.
The movie definitely won’t be a masterpiece but sure enough, that’s far from its purpose.
Nobody would expect the greatest action movie ever made or even something close to ‘Under Siege’ with Steven Seagal which is also set on a submarine.
What we’d love to see is some legendary Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren round sidekicks and karate moves as well as some action scenes like in the good old times.Read more here: funnyactionmovies.com/jean-claude-van-damme-in-black-water-preview-and-first-impressions
