Here is the 2nd part to my retrospective series on JCVD. This video explores my favorite Van Damme movies from the 90s. Obviously, I couldn't review every single film from that decade because there's just too many good movies to cover in a short video, so I limited it to my top 5 from that decade.
What's your favorite Van Damme 90s movie and why?

As a kid I was really obsessed with martial arts movies, I lost count of how many times I watched "Lionheart", "Double Impact" and "The Quest". Growing up I started to like films by the way they were filmed and today I think his best shot 90s film is "Universal Soldier", followed by "Timecop" and "Sudden Death".
"Timecop" was supposed to become a Sci-fi franchise, it would have guaranteed JCVD a few more theatrical years and instead "Universal Soldier: The Return" came out with a story not very connected to the original and his theatrical days ended with that flop.

I have a top 6 but, if you twist my arm to pick one, I'd go for Legionnaire because I rated it higher than the others.

"Legionnaire" is interesting and is actually a very different project than a lot of his other stuff from the 90s. It actually felt like it should have been a theatrical release. When the movie was released I was living in Europe and I had to hunt down a USA copy of the DVD to finally watch it. Good times!
