The 'Muscles from Brussels' is working on a promotion tour for his new comical action series 'Jean-Claude Van Johnson' which will soon be on the Amazon streaming platform.
Many fans went to the Westland Shopping Center to meet Van Damme. Around 200 people were hoping for a selfie and a signature from their idol. The actor also gave a short martial arts demonstration and stated that Belgium will always be home. The actor has been living in the United States for 35 years but has never forgotten his Belgian roots.
New series
In the series, where Van Damme interprets himself, fiction and reality intertwine and his character leads a double life as a secret agent. The series was created by 'Expendables' screenwriter Dave Callaham and has 6 episodes.
