It seems USA is going to get just a dvd, it shows the usual lack of interest in the American distribution regarding European products but I am now very worried about Italy distribution, I absolutely want the blu-ray! especially considering the amount of good reception it got so far.

I have news about Italy. The film should be released in Italy on 11 April 2019. Name will be "Lukas". Unfortunately on dvd only, alongside "Hangman" of Al Pacino, on dvd only too. What to say, I'm happy I finally got a release date but hell! dvd only in 2019 is really depressing. Anyway I think I'm going to get two dvd copies and I hope it's fully dubbed in Italian.

It's strange that there is no date for The Netherlands yet, we had Black Water June 5, that was before The USA - August 21 and even before Italy June 28, 2018. |

It is still not clear if Italy will get the blu-ray or not. Minerva confirmed me just the Dvd for 11 April but that's it for now. The blu-ray link is still up though. We'll see, what is sure is that I can't pre-order the film if they don't clarify this strange release. We have to wait and see, really annoying situation.

Still no release date for The Netherlands. I guess the release of Lukas/The Bouncer will be like the release of Swelter, which was released on 28 april 2016.
