They have come up with a completely different story than the one I posted in August (see my quote below). The story takes place in 2020 according to the trailer.
Amira, 29, is a beautiful, highly educated in high tech, relative of Osama bin Laden, accused of masterminding 9/11 World Trade Center New York destruction in 2001. Amira is in 2015 recruited to avenge and extend the legacy of Osama. She designs an artificial intelligent controlled kamikaze mini drones, which targets to attack worldwide synagogues and ultimately, assassinate the president of USA in 2021, on 20 year anniversary of 9/11. Falconman (Jean Claude van Damme), with his squadron of Falcon Force - martial arts fighters with well trained falcon birds and specially developed anti drones weapons, can stop Amira's evil plan. Horus and the Falconforce girls who are camouflaged as lingerie models, accompanied by their falcons, make a stunning and quick attack, disarming Carlotta and her thugs, as many attempt to flee by jumping out of the plane with their wing suites.. The Falconforce girls with their falcons catch them in midair, destroying them in free fall, as we see Carlotta and her gang screaming for their lives as they plunge to their deaths. They fall in front of VJ who is waiting for them to arrive with the bounty. Horus glides with his wing-suits and the Falconforce, only to come to see VJs face in dismay. While Carlotta was falling she revealed she was working for someone else just before she died.. but who? It will all be revealed in the final event at the F1 Grand Prix. All bets have been placed on the son of VJ Mathias - a Grand Prix world champion to win the race The Grand Prix is nearly cut short due to the kidnapping of the Claire, the fiancé of Mathias. Mathias is blackmailed to lose the race, or else his beloved Claire will be killed. Mathias knows that all responsibility is on him to win, as all bets have been placed on him, including those of Markus, with his castle being at stake. The only person who hasnt is VJ, who it is revealed has orchestrated it all by pretending to place the bets on his son Mathias, but secretly betting against him. VJ to cover his bet organized the kidnapping of Claire, to force his son to lose the race. Claire is saved by the Falconforce just prior to the races end, allowing Mathias to drive in as a winner. The truth is revealed, as VJ agonizingly loses his fortune on the crooked bet, while Horus and his grandfather gain the funds needed to save the castle. VJ flees through the underground tunnels, to the final award Gala held in the Vienna Opera, alongside many celebrities. VJ roughly takes control of the podium and attempts to blackmail the city to give him trillions or else he will blow up the city with secret bombs placed in all the underground tunnels. For a while the Opera and whole city of Vienna is under threat of disappearing off the World map forever. Falconman with the Falconforce, fly into the Opera, as the falcons Attack VJ. VJ flees on a fiaker, a traditional horse pulled carriage pursued by Falconman, who catches up, and starts a sword fight on top of the racing horse chariot. Seeing the end, VJ steers the chariot over a cliff. VJ falls into the abyss with Falconman saving himself by opening his wing suite. Falconforce dives alongside to make sure that VJ hits the ground to his death. the Falconforce led by Falconman fly off into the full moon, ready for the next challenge. I hope they won't go for the Osama bin Laden related story because I think JCVD should not be involved in a movie about religion. A superhero movie should have a fictional bad guy who has non religious motives.

It depends on what the story will be like. The trailer looks OK, but I'm not a fan of the concept of drones attacking people. It also makes no sense to show scenes from the JCVJ series. What do you think? |

So the story is slowly turning into a JCVD action film and not some "fashion falconry" with an ensemble cast. Good news! Better to keep the story simple than trying to do something new if there aren't very professional filmmakers behind the project. |

I think it would be a mistake to make this movie ... the story is so bad! killer drones on the background of religious terrorism ... it's stupid! I even feel that it's the same level as a "Sharknado"!

I even feel that it's the same level as a "Sharknado"! Let's say it's a project with many issues but I am sure JC will demand a decent script or this film won't happen. We passed from falcons dropping bombs to war drones. it's a step forward to me, now other unrealistic stuff has to be cut off. |

No news about Falconman but I found an old trailer. You can tell the story has changed many times.

JCVD won't do it if it's a crappy script, unless his kids are involved, but it seems like they are not.
