So you are saying that Full Love will be released before July and Falconman will be filmed before July? And maybe Kill'em All 2 will be filmed after Full Love? Two new movies with JCVD as the lead being filmed before late July doesn't seem realistic.
1) Full Love (is done, will be released soon)
2) Falconman
3) Kill'em All 2
4) The Expendables 4 (July)

Narc movie film for 28 days so anything can happen. Late July The Expendables 4 will be filming I hear. It may change. Kill' em All 2 can be his next movie with Peter Malota and film for few weeks.

Stallone want The Expendables 4 to be his next movie. I hear maybe I am wrong. I hear he want to make The Expendables 4 in late July and come out 2020. He want Van Damme in it. Just wait few weeks and there will be more info on The Expendables 4. All I know is Jason Statham in The Expendables 4. He in all 3 Expendables movie and he in the 4th one too. He one lucky guy.

Anyone remember when Jean Claude Van Damme was rumored as the villain for Rush Hour 3? That was a nice rumor, it would’ve been good. It was probably Van Damme’s ego that torpedoed it.

I think we all should consider JC's words said some time ago, he told us that he sees himself making just another 4 or 5 films and that's all. So it's very possible that JC is very selective about signing on new projects right now. He'll never decline EX4 but for the rest I think that without a strong production he'll pass.
