The movie is mega awesome. It's something really different in JCVD's filmography. It's really not that generic action movie that the trailer and even the title tried to make it out to be. Way more going on into it.
Didn't like the intro though.

Kill 'em All - 6/10
Unfortunately the film is all over youtube, I gave it a look waiting the Italian disc release.
The opening scene is a bit strange, it's a mix of many scenes put it fast, didn't get what Malota was trying to do. It's clear after 20 minutes that the film is filmed pretty much all in the hospital and this isn't a good thing. The real lead of this film is Autumn Reeser and she did a really good job, she save this film from mediocrity, pretty much all the acting is focused on her and some interrogation scenes with Stormare. JC was OK but didn't like the fact he was almost all the time in injured mode. I find this film to be better than "Swelter" but worse than "Pound of Flesh". The story is simple but not terrible. Cinematography looks cheap, Malota filmed some scenes with too much zooming, especially in the gun scenes, I would prefer a more "open camera" directing but overall a decent directing by him for a debut job. Benhardt did the best impression out of all the villains played. What really disappointed me are the fight scenes, I didn't expected that from Malota, JC vs Kris was too fast and short, JC vs the big guy was too slow and terribly shot, JC vs Benhardt was the only decent fight scene but still not good.
Overall a decent film, not bad, not good either but it was clear from the start that this was the weakest of all JC upcoming projects, I take it as a decent effort waiting "Kickboxer Retaliation", "Black Water" and Van Johnson series that are made with bigger budgets and better crew, so we can expect way better productions.

Yeah, overall same for me. Out of all his upcoming projects that were in a poll that Claudia made on here, and to choose 3, only KILL EM ALL didn't get a vote from me. Really looking more forward to Retaliation, JCVJ and Black Water.
But ...
I really really enjoyed KILL EM ALL. I think it was pretty great. Definitelly liked it even more than Pound of Flesh. Loved the way it was presented. But I think the intro was horrible, to be honest.

The biggest problem for me was the injured mode of JC, I was expecting a revenge mode and some fun lines but unfortunately I got an injured JC that wake up just to fight.

Thank you for your review. I'm going to wait for the DVD release, so I haven't seen it yet. I don't like the idea that JCVD is injured during a large part of the movie....... we already had that with POF.
I expected you to like the movie more than you did, but it's OK because it's sort of a 'bonus movie' since we didn't know about it before they started shooting it.
I hope I won't read spoilers like I did with POF.

I was hoping for a little revenge film similar to "Wake of Death" but unfortunately it wasn't. I got fooled by the title, I was expecting a pumped up JC. But you're right, this is a bonus in the middle of great projects coming, so no need to be harsh with it. People was blaming the studio behind "Pound of Flesh" for the budget they gave to the production but I am sure Sony gave to Malota even less, I think they spent almost all the money for hiring the actors and rent the hospital.

Sorry guys I to have seen the movie and have no doubt to purchase the bluray as I'm a collector. Without any spoilers this is Wat I thought- wen the movie starts rolling in the credits it gives us all these action sequences that should of been kept for the viewer later on rather than see the best bits of action. Like another reviewer said jcvd is injured throughout the film so he's limited for some action Scenes. I thought Daniel berhardt was the best part of the film just wish they cud of showcased some more of his martial arts skill, he plays a great villain! Kris van damme shows some high kicks but only repeats the same kick a to many times. I really wanted to like this film but it doesn't make it easy to like but hopefully on second viewing I will like it. I think pound of flesh is better but then again I really enjoyed pound of flesh and hope jcvd will once again work with earnie. I think for a first time director malota did a great job in that respect and I'm sure we will see more of him in the future. I can't give to much away so I'll let u guys make ur own mind up but I'll defo give it a second watch and give a second review. Altogether I wud give it 5/10 really wanted to like

Seriouslly, just delete the intro and the whole movie will be better. @claudia No kidding. When you watch the movie, it's really better you skip the intro. There is a little text at the begining, it's OK. Read it, and then just skip to minute 5:00 exactly and go on from there. You won't regret it.

Yeah. Read the opening text, then skip to 05:00 and that's when thrle first official dialogue from the movie starts and go from there. And when the movie is finished go back and watch the intro
